Comb honey can only be harvested once a year with with the right conditions. We set up a special frame in the beehive during a heavy nectar flow

to cut the comb out whole.

 

Every piece is cut by hand, unique in shape & color.

This seasons comb honey was made from our wildflower location and some even have chunks of propolis & pollen stores.

 

Sink your teeth into the comb and savor every last drop. Excellent paired with charcuterie boards, cheese, bread or crackers.
